Rhonda is the most incredible Real Estate Agent I have ever worked with…..and I have had several over the years. We were moving from out of town and knew very little about the Dallas area but because Rhonda was so very professional and knowledgeable about the local housing market we felt very confident that we were making the right buying decision.
Rhonda is very detail focused. She listened carefully to what we wanted and needed in our new home and would only show us houses that she had thoroughly vetted for us in order to not waste our limited time when we would travel to Dallas looking at homes. Through this process we felt like she became a trusted friend who only had our best interest in mind.
He knowledge about architecture was also extremely helpful. Her father was a professional in the industry so she grew up around Real Estate and learned from a very young age information that most people would never know.
She has endless energy and tenacity to accomplish the goals for her clients. She was NEVER too busy to return a phone call, text message or email. She always responded promptly as though we were the most important clients she had….even though she was working with other clients we never felt like she did not have time to be engaged with all the many facets of our purchasing process. She was there anytime we had questions…and even gave us a list of what to expect in the purchasing process so we would not get lost as we moved forward.
She was also a diligent problem solver…as issues would come up in the purchase, she would step in and get them resolved quickly and very professionally.
As you can see, I could go on and on about her skills, knowledge and abilities. She is just amazing and beyond all that I could have expected in an agent.
